GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE Diabetes Management Software
Bayer’s CONTOUR® USB is the first plug & play meter that opens diabetes management software on your computer. With Bayer’s GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE diabetes management software, you can:
View and Print Reports
Track Trends
A variety of report styles are available directly from your screen by using the tabs along the top of your screen.
In the Reports tab you will find:
+ Logbook
+ Trend
+ Standard Day
+ Standard Week
+ Summary
In the Profile Detail tab you should enter your name and date of birth.
In the Setting Preferences tab you can change your target range and time periods setting.
In the Meter Information tab you can view or change you meter settings.
In the logbook report, you can see details for a reading by pointing your mouse to that reading.
Review test results to look for patterns in your testing trends. The logbook shows your blood sugar results in the established time periods organized by Before Meal, After Meal of No Mark. You can see details of that reading by pointing your mouse to that reading.
Standard Day and Standard Week
Standard Day or Standard Week provides a graph that shows blood sugar results by time of day as if all the results occurred on 1 day/week. Additional data analysis at the bottom of the chart shows the percent of results above, below and within your target range. Results are colour coded by above, below, and in target.
Summary Report
The Summary Report (this is the pie and bar chart) shows all the results in the established time period in a bar chart of pie chart indicating the % of results that are above, below or within target.
A data analysis appears on the left and includes the total number of reading in the time period, the average number of tests per day, the number of days without tests and more.
To view more data, simply select the Change Date Range button on the right side of your screen.
Printing Reports
If you have set Bayer’s GLUCOFACTS® DELUXE to Auto-Print, your report will print automatically. While viewing any report, you can click the Print button on the report screen to print to your printer. Reports can also be saved as an Adobe® Acrobat® (.pdf) file and then printed or sent as an attachment.
To create an Adobe® Acrobat® (.pdf) file for ease of sending to your healthcare professional, click the PDF button.
